The chair deals with the development and production of microfluidic components and systems up to functional prototypes. For these tasks, the micro-machining center Microgantry GU4 by the company Kugler GmbH is used. With this micro-precision center, the processing of various materials such as metals, plastics or composite materials is possible due to its micro-mechanical and laser machining facilities.
