Micro- and nanoindenter CETR UNMT Universal tester is a multi-specimen test system used for the tribological testing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramics, composites, plastics, coating as well as solid lubricants. It is equipped with a standard Berkovich indenter tip and optical microscope.

The device is capable of performing tests with constant or different loads in a single specimen to determine the mechanical properties, i.e. hardness and Young’s modulus.
