Sebastian Eilek studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rostock from 2009 to 2014, majoring in fluidmechanics and turbomachinery. He successfully completed his studies with a master thesis on Turbulence Modelling with the Lattice-Boltzmann-Code "Palabos". As a student assistant at the Chair of Technical Mechanics / Dynamics, Mr. Eilek gained his first practical experience during his studies. After his studies, Mr. Eilek worked as an engineer at Dimensionics GmbH, where he was involved in the development and construction of special machines in the field of measurement and testing technology.
Mr. Eilek is working on the research project Inkjet-based coating technology for hybrid dental implants with glass matrix-modified, cell-active implant surface, since April 2019.
