Micro Particle Image Velocimetry
The micro particle image velocimetry (μ-PIV) by LaVision in combination with a stereo microscope by Zeiss allows the analysis of simple and complex flows with high precision. With this system, thanks to its stereoscopic abilities, three-dimensional flow fields can be measured. Additionally, mixing processes as well as concentrations of liquids can be analyzed with this system with the aid of the Light Induced Fluorescence (LIF).
